Office Check-In

For the safety of our students and staff, the front door is the only unlocked access to the building during school hours. Please remember to check in at the office and get a visitor sticker when visiting the school.

Assessment Information

Assessment testing will be on Monday, May 12th.

KINDERGARTEN-FIRST GRADE-SECOND GRADE STUDENTS:
8:45 a.m.-11:45 a.m. - All student whose last names begin with A-L will come to school for testing (3 hour school day only)
12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. - All students whose last names begin with M-Z will come to school for testing (3 hour school day only)

THIRD GRADE-FOURTH GRADE-FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS:
8:45 a.m.-11:45 a.m. - ALL students in these three (3) grade levels attend school for testing (3 hour school day only)
          

  Registration Information

New Student Registration for the 2008-09 school year: You may come in anytime during the school day from 7:30-3:00 to enroll a new student.

At the time of registration the following information is required: State Certified Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Proof of Residency (current Xcel bill).

A child needs to be 5 years of age on or before September 15 to be eligible to enter Kindergarten.

Before and After School Arrangements

To avoid miscommunications, please make all after school arrangements BEFORE your child comes to school.

There is no supervision for students before 8:35 a.m. nor after 3:40 p.m. (2:25 p.m. on Wednesday). If students are dropped off prior or remain later than these times, they will be sent to the office or to the B.A.S.E. program. Parents will be charged a fee for this service.

Cold Weather

In Colorado you never know when to predict snowy days or cold weather. Please make sure children come to school prepared for the cold weather and sudden temperature changes. We will go outside for recess unless the temperature is below 20 degrees (with the wind chill) or there is measurable precipitation.
